What does it consist of?
10 weekends September 2026 to June 2027 based in Stroud, Gloucestershire
Friday 6pm: meal & introductory seminar
Saturday 9am-6pm: integrative educational theory & practice Sunday 9am-4pm: IE qualification focus
Attend for all or part of each weekend, or one-off sessions £80 for one day / £150 for one weekend, £1350 for all ten weekends plus £750 qualification route

Course Leaders
Dr Jonathan Code
BA, PGCAP, MEd, FHEA, EdDJonathan is an environmental educator, researcher and author, currently leading the MSc programme in Agroecology at the Royal Agricultural University. Jonathan is an international-recognised integrative education pioneer, with experience in traditional craft, alchemy, philosophy and regenerative agriculture. Jonathan regularly teaches on biodynamic trainings, consults internationally and was previously a director at the Crossfields Institute.
Dr Jo Minto Jo is a geologist and mathematician, as well as a crafter and general all rounder! She is an experienced educator for age 12-18, and has helped supported the development of the Crossfields Level 2 and Level 3 Integrative Education qualifications both individually and as part of The Grove, Stroud where she has co-run the level 2 and level 3 programmes for the last five years. Jo trained in mainstream and Waldorf teaching, and is passionate about a relational approach.
Tiggy Donoghue
Tiggy is an experienced Waldorf educator, handwork teacher and class teacher for ages 6 to 12. She is a strong advocate for facilitative practice, and promotes child-centred social responsibility and wellbeing. Tiggy also works with the Level 2 IE qualifications

Verity is a community project leader, Waldorf educator and theatre director. She is cofounder and co-ordinator of The Grove Stroud, a pioneering integrative educational initiative prioritising wellbeing through social, emotional , environmental and academic learning. The Grove has worked with the IE qualifications Level 2&3 for six years, and has seen many students graduate and move into their chosen destinations. Verity is a 2022 graduate of the PPIE programme and brings her strength in leadership and coordination to this programme.
Alan Abhaya
Alan is an experienced educator and maths tutor in mainstream and Waldorf schools, and a qualifications lead at Ringwood Waldorf School for the Crossfields Level 2 and Level 3 IE qualifications. He has also developed a programme of integrative learning for 14-16s in Frome, which has included the Level 2 IE qualifications. He is a strong advocate for integrative learning, and runs a reggae club in his spare time!
In addition we have a team of course tutors who are integrative education practitioners and other specialists, including experienced IE qualification tutors and assessors
